Applicants are subject to the by laws of Cass County Recreation Park Inc., DBA Twin Pines Country Club. Temporary membership is granted immediately upon receipt of dues with permanent membership granted by board approval.    

1. Twin Pines Country Club offers outdoor golf and golf related services and is provided as a membership subscription service.

   • Billing is based on membership access, not usage.

   • Member Subscription fees apply as long as the membership remains active and accessible, regardless of how often the facilities are used.

2. Application for membership requires a minimum commitment of 12 months. Memberships automatically convert to monthly after 12 months.

3. Applicants and members are subject to the by-laws of Cass County Recreation Park Inc., DBA Twin Pines Country Club.

4. There are no refunds for a period for which payment has already been made.

   • Please ensure you have the correct payment method added as your recurring payment before your renewal date.  Acceptable payment methods include:

   • 1. Credit or Debit Card

     2. Check or ACH** 

   • Payments made using the incorrect payment method will be adjusted at the following renewal.

   • No refunds will be issued for credit card surcharges, fees charged by your payment provider, currency exchange fluctuations, or any charges not directly related to your subscription payment to Twin Pines Country Club

   • Bi-annual option only, due March 1 and September 1.  The initial payment will be pro rated to the next appropriate date.

2. You are required to provide valid billing information in your account and maintain up-to-date information: contact name, organization, credit card details (for accounts paid by credit card), billing address, email address and telephone number.

3. Monthly payment plans:

   • Your account will be automatically upgraded once you successfully process your first monthly payment and authorize the ongoing monthly payment.

   • Your card will be automatically charged as of the effective date of your authorization, and each month thereafter.

   • A payment summary will be sent to your billing contact’s email address following each charge applied to your credit card.

   • Upgrades and downgrades of your plan have to be done online within your Admin Dashboard by a full account administrator.

4. If your account is in arrears, you will be notified by E-mail notification to Billing Contact and/or by Twin Pines representatives.

5. If you do not rectify your account on a timely basis, your membership access will be suspended, but not your 12 month initial commitment or your dues.  You may cancel your subscription at any time after your 12 month commitment is satisfied.  To cancel it, you may cancel online or by contacting the Twin Pines billing department.

6. All fees are quoted inclusive of all taxes and levies.

7. It is your responsibility to ensure that our billing emails are properly delivered to your mailbox and not blocked by your anti-spam software or other protection measures.
